HABIT TRACKER

A habit tracker made for real days

Keep the routines you want to repeat next to the work and commitments that already fill your day. LilCoach gives habits a practical home without asking every day to go perfectly.

Keep habits in the context of today

A habit list can tell you what to repeat, but it does not always show how that intention fits around work, errands, rest, and plans that move. LilCoach brings recurring habits together with tasks and focus blocks on the Today screen, so you can see the shape of the day in one place.

You can start with a small number of habits, add reminders where they help, and leave the rest of the day flexible. The point is to make the next action easier to see, not to fill every open hour.

Track consistency without treating it as a grade

A useful habit tracker helps you notice what happened. LilCoach records completions and gives you a short progress view to reflect on. Free includes seven days of history; Plus extends that view to 30 days and adds optional local recommendations.

A missed check-in is a detail about one day. It can help you ask whether the habit was too large, the timing was wrong, or the week simply changed. It does not have to become a reason to abandon the routine.

Make a smaller version for difficult days

When the full version of a habit no longer fits, try reducing its duration or choosing one simple action that still feels meaningful. LilCoach includes ways to adjust a routine and return after a gap. You choose the change, then keep the version that feels useful.

For Plus members, Coach can suggest a next step from planner signals on the device. Suggestions are optional and any proposed change waits for your confirmation. Free shows a static preview of this feature.

Start with one habit you want to make easier

Choose a habit that matters to you, decide what its smallest useful version looks like, and place it at a time or after an event you already remember. Review how the routine fits after a few days. Keep what works and adjust one thing at a time.
