Is LilCoach available in the stores?

LilCoach is currently in release preparation for iOS and Android. Public store links will appear on this site when the listings are live.

Does LilCoach work without AI?

Yes. Today, tracking, recovery, reminders, widgets, programs, and analytics are the core product. AI is an optional Pro layer.

How do I use LilCoach each day?

Open Today, complete or skip the habits scheduled for the day, add notes or timers when useful, and use recovery when the plan needs to become smaller.

Where is my habit data stored?

Core habit data is stored locally. Paid plans can use account-backed cloud sync and backup. See the Privacy Policy for the complete disclosure.

Can AI change my habits automatically?

Manual review is the default. Supported automatic adjustments require an explicit Pro Autopilot opt-in and can be turned off.
