Guidance responds to planner signals
LilCoach Coach suggestions use signals from your daily plan to surface a practical next step. They are designed for planner situations, such as making a crowded day easier to manage; LilCoach does not continuously monitor your habits or build a remote profile.
Suggestions are deterministic and run on the device. The public app does not replace your planner with a generated schedule or an open-ended AI conversation.
Review every proposed change first
You can review a proposed adjustment before it is applied. A suggestion does not silently move tasks or rewrite a routine. If it does not fit, leave it as it is and choose another path.
This matters because your calendar and energy include context an app cannot fully know. LilCoach can surface a possibility; you decide whether it makes sense for your real day.
What is available in Free and Plus
Free includes a static, non-personalized preview. Plus can use optional on-device suggestions based on planner signals. Remote Coach chat and AI-generated plans are not part of the current public release.
The Coach is a planning aid, not a medical service, diagnostic tool, or substitute for professional care.
Use a suggestion as a second opinion
Check whether the suggestion protects what matters today and whether the proposed step feels manageable. Apply it only when it makes sense to you. Small, reversible choices are easier to evaluate than a full reset.
