FIT MY DAY

Make a busy day realistic, one change at a time

When the day fills up, Fit My Day helps you see what can move, what should stay fixed, and what could become smaller for now. Review the proposed plan before you decide what to apply.

Start with the parts of today that cannot move

A meeting, appointment, or other fixed commitment creates an anchor for the day. Keep it in place while you look for flexible tasks and habits around it. If you connect Google Calendar, its events appear as read-only context; LilCoach does not edit the calendar.

This first distinction matters: a full plan is not a reason to move everything. Protect the commitments that are fixed, then make a small adjustment to the rest.

Move a task or lighten a habit temporarily

Fit My Day can help you move a flexible occurrence, shift a task, or reduce a habit target for a limited period. In the example above, the meeting stays fixed, the workout becomes shorter, and reading moves to tomorrow.

A temporary adjustment leaves your usual routine available after the busy stretch. You can also leave an item unchanged or skip a proposed move if it does not fit your priorities.

Review the proposal before it changes your plan

LilCoach shows the suggested adjustments so you can check the new shape of the day first. Nothing is silently rescheduled or rewritten. Apply only the changes that make sense for the commitments and energy you have today.

If a fixed event or personal constraint is missing from the view, keep that in mind while reviewing the proposal. Your knowledge of the day stays part of the decision.

Keep the rest of your rhythm intact

Once the busy day feels manageable, leave the other habits and plans alone. You do not need to rebuild the whole week to respond to one difficult day. When the temporary change ends, decide whether your original version still fits.
