Choose a focus and a comfortable level
Guided Programs begin with a goal such as focus, calm, movement, or a steadier daily rhythm. Each pack offers an easier, standard, or fuller set of habits. Start with fewer steps if your week is already busy; you can change the routine later.
Examples in the app include Feel Better, Calm & Balance, Focus & Productivity, and Consistent Sport. These are habit packs, not medical programs or a promise of a particular result.
Review the habits before adding them to your routine
Starting a program opens a routine application step. Review the habits it would add, keep matching habits you already use, and check that the selection fits your active-habit limit. The app checks capacity before it starts a new enrollment.
The selected habits become a routine you can use from Today. A program does not send lessons or silently add new work day by day.
Follow a simple seven-day progress path at your pace
An enrollment includes a seven-day progress marker. You advance it when you are ready, rather than racing a timer. Pause and resume are available if your week changes; you can also complete or stop an enrollment.
Progress counts your place in the program. It is not a streak score, and you do not need to catch up after a pause.
Connect the small steps to a meaningful reward
If it helps, link an active Shared Big Reward to a program and the habits in its routine. The reward is optional; the program works as a simple structure on its own.

Guided Programs are available in Free
Guided Program enrollment is included in the current Free release. Free still has a limit of five active habits, so a larger pack may not fit alongside everything you already track. LilCoach checks this before starting; Plus raises the active-habit limit.
For another place to start, see the habit tracker or learn how to return after a break.
