Delete your LilCoach account

LilCoach (app.factory.lilcoach) is operated by AppFactory. This page explains how to delete your account and what happens to associated data.

Delete in the app

  1. Open LilCoach on your device.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Tap Delete Account.
  4. Confirm deletion.

This is the fastest way to delete your account. No web form or backend action is required on this page.

What we delete

  • Your account (email/password or Google sign-in identity).
  • Server-side cloud sync and backups tied to your account.
  • User profile and AI Coach data stored on AppFactory servers for that account.

What may remain

  • On your device: local habits and app data until you clear app data or uninstall LilCoach.
  • Exported backups: JSON files you saved or shared outside the app.
  • Subscriptions: purchase and entitlement records held by Apple, Google Play, or RevenueCat under their policies.
  • Technical logs: limited anonymized diagnostics or security logs for up to 30 days where needed to operate or secure the service.
  • Legal records: data we must retain to comply with law or resolve disputes.

Timelines

Account deletion on our servers starts immediately after you confirm in the app. Server backups associated with the account, if any, are removed within 30 days.

Cannot access the app?

Email [email protected] from the address tied to the account you want deleted. Include the email you used to sign in. We process verified requests within 30 days.
